About Hy-Tech Machining Systems

Hy-Tech Machining Systems, LLC is a company on the move into the future. We started in 1992 as a machine shop. In the past 15 years, we have expanded our capabilities, as well as our size. We are a world supplier of calibration tools for nuclear medicine cameras. We provide top quality equipment, a fair price, and very quick delivery. Our biggest customers are in the medical and aerospace fields.

We have full engineering capabilities for a start to finish job, including consulting, design, electrical capabilities, programming capabilities, repair, and maintenance. We bring a customerís machine to our plant, repair it, and have the customer approved runoff before it leaves our plant. We then load it on our truck, deliver it, set it in place, including precision laser alignment to make sure it is level and square to diminish downtime, hook it up to power, and have an in house runoff to ensure that our customer is completely satisfied. If the job can be done in the customerís facility, we will send our personnel to do the job there. We stand behind every job we do. With over 100 years of combined experience, we can repair nearly every kind of metal cutting machinery and restore it to like new capabilities.

We have large boring mills that are capable of machining up to 20 feet in length and 12 feet high. We can retrofit machines electrically to C.N.C. and convert production machines that are hard tooled, such as Kingsbury and Bullard, to C.N.C. We can take dial machines and mount C.N.C. heads around the dial to change to another part fast and economically.

We are currently in a building project to construct a new 100,000 square feet facility here in Anderson, Indiana. We are eager to provide jobs in an area that has been hit hard with unemployment due to the loss of major employers in our city. We are proud to be able to offer services to other local businesses without them going out of town to get the job done, thus contributing to Anderson, Indianaís economy.
